Program Description

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Recovery Strategies) services are provided to adults living with mental health illness. Individuals can access a variety of social, recreational, educational, vocational, and peer support strategies - both on-site and in the community. An outreach program is offered in the Leamington area.

Access Information

Referrals may come from psychiatrist, hospitals, community mental health organizations, any community organization, family, or self. An intake process is required which may take two to three weeks, as all individuals must have confirmation of a mental health illness from a psychiatrist or physician. If an individual has not received a diagnosis, they will be referred to an appropriate service to be diagnosed before entering the program.
