Program Description

Peer Connections - North Bay provides a drop-in location that is supportive, judgment-free, and a safe space for individuals struggling with mental health or substance use concerns.  Staffed with experienced Peer Support Workers, they offer support ranging from community navigation, mental health/emotional support, life skills, and mentorship. The introduction of virtual and hybrid groups allows for great access to psychosocial rehabilitation groups and programs such as wellness support, grief support and various programs aimed at reducing social isolation.

Clients can gain access to services via self-referral, walk-in or by completing a referral form available on the website. Clients from North Bay.
