Program Description

A nine-week program (two mornings per week) specifically designed to women who have experienced violence.

Program addresses self-esteem, stress management, parenting, health concerns, and barriers to action while providing assertiveness training, goal setting, information about abuse, legal information, and guidance around financial planning and education and training opportunities.
