Program Description

A nine-week program specifically designed for women who have experienced violence.

Program addresses self-esteem, stress management, parenting, health concerns, and barriers to action while providing assertiveness training, goal setting, information about abuse, legal information, and guidance around financial planning and education and training opportunities.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Emails are encouraged if possible. Phone calls are accepted as well.
