Program Description

This program encourages the recovery process and community involvement for individuals struggling with a mental health disorder. In collaboration with l’Élan’s participants, the coordinators develop a monthly calendar of activities that reflects their needs and interests. Individuals can meet new people and have access to free workshops with no waiting list

Ce programme encourage le rétablissement et la participation communautaire des personnes aux prises avec un trouble de santé mentale. En collaboration avec les participants de l’Élan, les conseillers(ères) élaborent un calendrier mensuel d’activités, qui reflètent leurs besoins et leurs intérêts. On peut rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et d’avoir accès à des ateliers gratuits et sans liste d’attente.
