Program Description

The Parent Coaching program is an opportunity for parents with a child 0-18 years of age to discuss parenting challenges and develop skills to respond to their children. Topics that can be explored include routines, setting limits, positive discipline techniques, reducing anxiety, reasons for behaviour, child development, co-parenting and effective communication and many more.
