Program Description

Community Peer Support provides mobile intentional Peer Support through the utilization of the spaces in the community.

Access Information

Anyone across South Eastern Ontario can refer, including self-referrals. Referrals can be made through AccessMHA Coordinated Access Service or through the organization directly by phone or email. Utilize the AccessMHA.ca website or call for intake if accessing the website is not accessible to the client.
