Ministry-funded community group psychotherapy for individuals who are impacted by anxiety and depression and connected with a primary healthcare physician.

Access Information

Call to register or sign up online for our workshops. Physician referrals are required for our anxiety and depression closed 8 week group. The referral form required can be accessed from the website.
