Program Description

This program offers an opportunity for individuals to address emotional deregulation that can result in dysfunctional anger episodes. Individuals learn about their irrational thoughts that lead to dysfunctional consequences (anger episodes). The goal is to provide individuals with alternative techniques (assertiveness).

Referrals are accepted by self, community agency, or by court mandates.
