Program Description

Outpatient services are provided in collaboration with hospital and community partners and offered in satellite offices, as close as possible to a person's place of residence. Services are provided by teams of: nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, home support visits, medication management, concurrent counselling, and service coordination.
