Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

Program Description

RAAM services provide rapid access to specially trained providers and treatment for people with substance use disorders. RAAM services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, case managers, counselors, harm reduction workers and peers. Services include: medical assistance, counselling, harm reduction education and supplies, overdose education/prevention, naloxone kits and links to community services. The RAAM clinic works with individuals to create a care plan that fits with their goals.
