Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

A recovery-oriented supportive housing program for people 16+ experiencing serious mental illness who may require daily care. The program provides tenants with safe and affordable housing and support services to achieve and maintain housing stability.

The program is designed to:
-improve and/or stabilize an individual’s physical and mental health,
-foster independence, and
-promote participation and integration into the community.

Individuals receive one-on-one support from a CHO housing support worker. Services are flexible enough to be able to respond to the unique and changing needs of the individuals served.
