Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

Support for individuals who are committed to abstinence to maintain housing. Participants will work with an Intensive Addictions Case Manager on-site and off-site to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Addictive Supportive Housing referral requirements:
- Completed intake package
- Income tax return or notice of assessment
- 60-day bank statement
- Income stub or verification (i.e., OW, ODSP, employment, pension)
- Copy of custody and support documentation for members of the household (if applicable)
