Program Description

The Urgent Service Access Team program provides services to individuals who frequent the emergency department for mental health and/or addiction and experience opioid dependency issues (current or within the last 12 months). Care consists of short term supportive primary health care, counselling/treatment services and other social services in order to coordinate care while connecting to long term supports.
