Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
Provides individual and group programming for those living with a major mental illness.
Program offers:
- short term therapy sessions with the opportunity to augment treatment by participating in groups
- medication clinic for patients on long-acting neuroleptic medication, as well as Clozaril
Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Individual is living with a serious mental illness
- Individual has a level of functional impairment that interferes with their ability to live safely and productively in the community
Referrals are accepted from General Practitioners, Emergency Departments, and any internal program.
Referrals from general practitioners can be made by Ocean E-Referral.
