Community-Based Withdrawal Management

Program Description

Clients who are not able to attend residential or day withdrawal management services can be supported in their home. A Community Addictions Worker visits a clients in their homes, and establishes a circle of care to support individuals during withdrawal and early recovery process. This service is for those who are not able to access residential or day Withdrawal Management Services and who are experiencing mild to moderate withdrawals.

Referrals accepted through Central Access or internal referrals in the Bed-based Withdrawal Management program.
