Program Description

Individual counselling and the relapse prevention group for clients and former clients of the Homestead. Clients who have never attended a Homestead program are welcome to attend relapse prevention group. Attendees must not be under the influence when attending groups.

Access Information

If treatment was received elsewhere, client must supply the assessment that was conducted when entering treatment. If an assessment was not completed, the client can complete it before entering Aftercare.
