Counselling and Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Helps individuals who are struggling with substance use, by reducing overall harm and improving one's quality of life through education, self-awareness and counselling. This program also provides assessment and treatment to individuals who have co-existing mental health concerns, if required.

Access Information

Referrals must be submitted by a doctor or nurse practitioner.
Referral form can be found on the website and/or inquires can be made by calling central intake.
Priority will be given to individuals who reside within North West Toronto.
