Counselling and Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Helps individuals who are struggling with substance use, by reducing overall harm and improving one's quality of life through education, self-awareness and counselling. This program also provides assessment and treatment to individuals who have co-existing mental health concerns, if required.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
The referral form is found on the website. Individuals unable to access the online form may call intake and request to speak with an addictions intake nurse.
Priority will be given individuals who reside within North West Toronto.
