Program Description

The Aftercare program allows participants of the Stonehenge residential program to stay connected to the organization and staff for post-treatment support.

Aftercare is a regional program that is also open to people who have completed any residential addiction program in Ontario. Candidates can access the Aftercare support for up to two years after their treatment stay.

Access Information

To be eligible for the program, participants must have completed a minimum of three months in a Stonehenge residential program.

Referrals are received internally from STC residential and community programs. The program is also open to those who have attended other treatment programs as well and may call or email for information.
