Program Description

A program to support individuals experiencing stress caused by environmental, personal and other issues which negatively affects their overall health and well being. Provides support with the development of coping skills to manage stress and anxiety. The program also support individuals who are on the waiting list for one on one care and still need support to develop skills and strategies to manage their mental health.

Access Information

No referral needed: sign up in person or call reception. Open to community members and any patient rostered to a family doctor with the Arnprior Family Health Team. Waitlist available and program is offered based on need.
