Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic - is a low barrier services for people with substance use disorder. RAAM is staffed with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, case managers, recovery support workers, and counsellors who can provide addiction medicine and treatment, counselling, and links to community services.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted by self, community organizations, primary care providers, emergency department, hospital, and police.
To make a referral, please call, email or walk-in during program hours.
