• Program Cost: Yes, Fees are based on a sliding scale geared to income, number of dependents in the home, and ability to pay. Fees range from $5-$65. If an individual attends the single counselling session, there is an expectation that they will pay for that session. However, service is never denied based on an inability to pay. The Oshawa location accepts cash, debit, and credit cards.
