Program Description

The Phase 1 Program provides access for individuals in Phase 1 to various workshops including: Anxiety, Arts-based Programming, Mindfulness Practice, Recovery Stabilization, Sleep, and Yoga.

Access Information

Anyone can refer, including self-referral. New individuals to the organization need to contact AccessMHA to have their assessments and referral completed.
