This program is for youth who are looking to explore tools for healthy decision making.

Topics include:
- Making healthy choices for ourselves
- Goal setting
- Stress and peer pressure
- Sexting and healthy sexuality
- Healthy relationships and healthy boundaries
- Body image
- Self-awareness (including strengths)
- Self-esteem: looking at our thoughts and our behaviour
- How the outside world influences our sense of self/self-awareness/self-esteem/and choice making
- Assertive communication versus aggressive communication
- Coping strategies
