Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Individual Support:
We provide one on one support to individuals as they work towards their personal recovery.

Workshops & Groups:
Offering a wide variety of workshops and groups that will aim to support, educate, and empower our clients and those in the community. Please visit our Get Involved page to see what groups are currently being offered.

Transition Support Client Connect:
Transitioning amongst services, both inpatient and in the community can be a time of additional stress and anxiety. Our client connect program can support you through this process. This involves Hospital to Hospital transitions or Hospital to Community transitions.

Access Information

Referrals accepted by all sources including self.

Online referral form to be emailed after completion.
