Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health
A comprehensive mental health resource created for transitional-age youth. This program offers information on a wide range of mental health topics, tools to help manage mental health challenges, access to resources, peer support, and forums to engage and connect with other youth.
Offers virtual peer support groups, recovery program and virtual one-on-one peer support for youth age 14-29.
Referrals accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
