Program Description

A local addictions support worker provides case management support to individuals who want to participate virtually in the Concurrent Disorders Unit Day Program offered by the Royal Ottawa Healthcare Group. Support includes completing necessary assessments and referral to the Concurrent Disorders Unit Day Program, ongoing support while the individual is enrolled in the program, and follow up and bridging of services once the individual is discharged from the Concurrent Disorders program.

Individuals can attend on-site at different locations throughout Renfrew County to access equipment needed to attend the virtual day treatment program. This program can also provide required IT equipment to an individual which they can use to attend the virtual program from home.

Referrals accepted from all sources, including self. Complete AccessMHA online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, or who prefer to call, call directly to book an appointment or come to the office to complete the referral process.
