Program Description

This intensive group therapy is destined for Francophones presenting with a diagnosis of severe and/or persistent depression and/or anxiety. The objective of the group is to work directly on emotional management and interpersonal difficulties. The objectives are also adapted to each participants’ particular problematics.

Cette thérapie intensive de groupe est destinée aux francophones qui présentent un diagnostic de dépression et/ou d’anxiété sévère et/ou persistante. L’objectif de la thérapie du groupe est de travailler directement sur la gestion des émotions et sur les difficultés interpersonnelles. Les objectifs de thérapie sont adaptés aux problématiques particulières de chaque participant.

Access Information

Individuals must be referred by family physician or nurse practitioner. Once a referral is received, the individual will be contacted by central intake staff to schedule an intake appointment.
