Counselling and Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

For young adults who are experiencing issues with substance use, technology use or other addictive behaviours. This psychoeducational group includes themes of mindfulness, coping with cravings, and goal-setting. Programming offered three times per year. Alumni from this program have access to the alumni group which meets monthly.

Access Information

Anyone can refer including self referrals. Referrals are through AccessMHA Coordinated Access (ages 16 to 25) or 1Call1Click.ca (ages 12 to 21). Call Rideauwood Intake direct if accessing the website is not accessible to the client.
