Program Description

A supportive housing program for people with serious mental illness located in the City of Kawartha Lakes (Fenelon Falls and Lindsay) and is open to all individuals. Assist tenants by providing appropriate housing and support services to achieve and maintain stability in a home that is safe and affordable. Provides access to support services both in the CHO home and in the community.

Self referrals accepted.
Call for information or complete an online intake assessment form and send it by fax or email.
The CHO manager, staff and homeowners will review all referrals and contact selected individuals to arrange a tour for the applicant.
