Program Description

A peer community space in North York for individuals seeking support with their mental recovery in a safe and inclusive space. Serving the entire GTA, we offer social programs and recovery-focused education to promote self-awareness and wellbeing. And, we like to have a lot of fun!

Recovery-focused programs include one-to-one peer supports, wellness checks, recovery college and mindfulness as well as social activities such as yoga, arts and crafts, and healthy cooking classes.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted, along with internal referrals or community support referrals. To enroll, email the program.
