Bed-Based Supportive Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

A non-profit residential program and second stage housing addictions treatment facility. The program provides short-term affordable lodging for men who are transitioning to an independent lifestyle. Staff support is available to help with any and all aspects of an individual’s program of furthering themselves and achieving their goals. Alcohol or drug use is prohibited inside and outside the house. To enforce this rule, random urine screening will take place.

Access Information

Anyone can refer, including self. Call or complete the online application. A completed GAINS or ADAT assessment is preferred (but not necessary) and should accompany the referral. Individuals need to have completed some form of Addictions Program before admission.
