Program Description

The Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) program provides long-term supportive housing for tenants living with serious mental illness. There is one privately owned 12-bed operating within the CHO program in the Greater Sudbury area supporting adults. It offers 24/7 recovery-oriented support services in the following areas: maintaining housing stability, achieving goals, skill building, social interactions, coping with mental illness, community involvement and instrumental activities of daily living.
