Peer Support for Caregivers includes:
1:1 Peer Mentor Program
Registered caregiver participants connect by phone or online/virtual discussion with an assigned peer mentor, the mentors share their experience and knowledge to provide support.
Online Support Groups
Supportive virtual environment to share challenges, successes, and concerns you may have within your caregiving role. Discussion will be driven by caregivers to discuss issues of highest importance to them. Offered at a variety of times each week.
Young Caregivers Connect
Website to help young caregivers aged 15-25. Designed in collaboration with young caregivers and offers information and a way to connect through an online forum addressing unique needs.
Caregivers may register for programs and groups online.
