Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Counselling therapy is provided to individuals with more difficult expressions of mental health such as trauma, depression or anxiety. This program will develop a service plan working with the youth and their families to learn skills over time to manage mental health challenges.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources, including self. Call or complete the online referral form. Initial appointment is scheduled with Brief Services staff where the individuals needs are assessed and a treatment plan developed with the individual. Individuals 12 years and older can self refer.
