Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

If you are a healthcare/frontline worker or a first responder in our region impacted by stress, you can get simple, fast access to supports and tools for your mental well-being with Frontline Wellness.

After conducting an initial intake, you will be scheduled for a 1-hour session with a therapist who will talk to you about your concerns and discuss a menu of services available to you including a flexible plan for brief therapy intervention and symptom management and support, as well as evidence-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and free counselling.

This service is available by self-referral. Complete the self-referral form and a clinician will contact you.
