Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Frontline Wellness offers free, confidential, low-barrier supports and tools for mental well-being for health care workers and first responders impacted by occupational stress. A drop-in, virtual, psychoeducational group is also available.

Access Information

This service is available by self-referral. Contact the Frontline Wellness Team or complete the online self-form to book an appointment.

After conducting an initial intake, a session will be scheduled with a therapist to discuss concerns and a menu of services available, including a flexible plan for brief therapy intervention and symptom management and support, as well as evidence-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and free counselling.
