Program Description

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program supports individuals with depression and anxiety related conditions by providing publicly funded, short-term support.

These services include guided self-help resources that are supported by a coach or therapist. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and related practices are offered in either one-on-one or group sessions. These sessions can be offered in-person or virtually.

Individuals identifying the following issues can be supported:
- depression and low mood
- generalized anxiety and worry
- health anxiety
- obsessive-compulsive concerns
- other anxiety and stress-related problems
- posttraumatic stress
- social anxiety and performance fears
- unexpected panic attacks and agoraphobic fears

Referrals accepted from self, community organizations, and primary care.
