Peer support provided by individuals with lived experience with mental health issues. Peer support specialists offer:
- Assistance setting recovery goals
- Life-skills training and coaching
- Psycho-educational programming
- Social networking and support
- Linkage to services
- Education
- System coordination
- Peer Support program development

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are though Central Connect. Please call, email or complete the online referral form.
