Program Description

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy West region (OSP West) supports individuals with anxiety, depression, and anxiety-related conditions by providing publicly-funded, short-term, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. OSP West offers services through a stepped care model ranging from coach- and therapist-supported self-led strategies, internet-based cognitive-behavioural therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy.

Access Information

Psychiatrists, primary care providers (family doctor, nurse practitioner), or other health care professionals can refer clients. Clients may also self-refer. A health provider referral or self-referral can be made by eReferral through the Ocean network. The referral form is also available on the website.
