Program Description

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program supports individuals with mild to moderate depression and anxiety related conditions by providing publicly funded, short-term structured treatment.
These services include guided self-help resources that are supported by a coach or therapist.

Individuals identifying the following issues can be supported:
- Depression and low mood,
- Generalized anxiety and worry,
- Health anxiety,
- Obsessive-compulsive concerns,
- Other anxiety and stress-related problems,
- Posttraumatic stress,
- Social anxiety and performance fears,
- Specific fears,
- Unexpected panic attacks and agoraphobic fears.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, mental health professionals and self-referral. Individuals residing in the Champlain region can complete a referral form on AccessMHA.ca by booking a screening appointment. For individuals who live outside of the Champlain region or who do not have access to internet, call for support with completing a referral.
