Program Description

Clinicians provide brief therapy services to Asian youths and their family members. The services can be a single counselling session or short-term counseling with a maximum of 8 sessions.
Services address concerns such as parent-child conflict, difficulties at school, behavior management, peer problems, psycho-social adjustment, anxiety, depression, and cultural shock due to immigration.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from self, parents, family members, doctors, schools, and community services.
Youth may walk in or call for an appointment.
