The Social Worker program with the Mattawa Family Health Team provides counseling/therapy and other therapeutic functions for individuals, couples, families and the community and direct patients to other areas of assistance as required, to help them and their families find services in the community.

Individuals can be referred by their local family physician or they can self-refer if they reside within the general area of Mattawa township.
