Program Description

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program provides access to evidence-based, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and related approaches to individuals with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. OSP is a stepped-care program including self-led resources supported by a coach or clinician, and individual or group therapy where indicated.
