Program Description

Co-living residences that provide medium support to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

The Elizabeth Crescent Empowerment Program consists of 3 homes, totaling 9 therapeutic beds in our community. All residents have private bedrooms and share common spaces. Program participants must be dedicated to sober living and be medication compliant. ECEP is a secondary level to Trillium Manor and Opportunity House and provide the following:

- Extensively accommodating staff support
- Affordable, fully furnished, and all-inclusive homes
- Outreach coordination
- Life skills and educational training opportunities
- 24-hour emergency on call staffing

Access Information

Individuals can call or see website for self-referral.
For adults who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or who live with mental illness.
