Children, youth, their families and caregivers can access a range of free counselling and therapy services.

Quick Access Counselling Clinic appointments can be made up to two weeks ahead of time as well as same-day appointments.

In-person, call-in, or virtual options are available for appointments.

Self referrals are welcome. Families can call, email, or go online to book an appointment.
