Program Description

This psychotherapy-based program provides evidence-based time limited and long-term therapy to persons with symptoms of mental illness.

Access Information

The referral form must be completed and accepted from all sources.

Referrals for this program can also be done through AccessMHA's online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, call directly to book an appointment.

Professionals can complete the external-referral form on the website.

Standardized psychosocial assessment at intake. Individuals are referred to the organization or community-based services that address their needs.
