Program Description

Parents for Children’s Mental Health (PCMH) is a peer support program for parents and caregivers to connect with others on a similar journey of supporting children and youth with mental health challenges. Our volunteer peer support team connects with families either one-to-one or in groups that are in-person, virtual, and hybrid (in-person and virtual option) across the province of Ontario. Meetings are typically once a month or can be scheduled one-to-one through email or our website. Participants can expect a safe and friendly place to connect with others, feel heard, and receive support in navigating the child and youth mental health system.
