Program Description

This service supports children and youth with mental health difficulties and their parents/caregivers.

The service provider identifies goals and develops a treatment plan together with child/youth, and parents/caregivers.

Service is time-limited.

Referrals can be made for further treatment if needed.

Access Information

Families with children 0-5 are asked to call Here4Kids to book single sessions.

Families with children/Youth 6-17 are asked to call Here24/7.
