Program Description

The Enhancing Care Program is designed to support care partners in managing the stress and complexities of caring for individuals living with dementia. The program offers individualized clinical services and group-based programs tailored to the unique needs of care partners.

Group programs provide practical skills training and emotional support through evidence-based approaches that incorporate problem-solving strategies, therapeutic principles, and guided simulation for hands-on learning.

Clients must meet the following eligibility criteria: be a care partner of a person who has been given a diagnosis of dementia, and the care partner provides direct or indirect care and support to the person with dementia.
