The Community Counselling Program offers a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental environment to discuss concerns, clarify what may be helpful, and strengthen abilities to make the desired life changes. Counselling goals are established that meet an individual's needs and reflect their expectations. Counselling services can help with a variety of issues, such as:

Self-referral or referral from community partners accepted. Call intake coordinator, complete the online intake package, or email through the organization website.
