Intensive/Day Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

8-week long day/evening program for people making changes to their substance use. Clients can choose one group or several groups according to their personal needs. This program offers an alternative to residential, inpatient substance use treatment and is designed for quicker, low-barrier access. Abstinence is not required.

Psychoeducational groups include: Substance Use 101, Concurrent Disorders Trauma and Substance Use, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Basics REBT, Basics SMART Recovery, Anger Management, The Brain and Substance Use, Substance Related Grief Gratitude and Values Coping with Cravings.

Referrals are accepted from primary care providers, individuals, caregivers and families through AccessMHA.ca.
Complete the online referral form, call, or consult with your primary care provider.
